Melissa Nettesheim

Owner and Lead Agent

After building a successful real estate business in the suburbs of Atlanta, Melissa has brought her business model back to Central Florida where she and her husband lived previously. Originally from Wisconsin, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Wisconsin where she majored in Advertising and Mass Communication.

Melissa takes the trust a client puts in her in the handling of their biggest investment very seriously and seeks to exceed the buyer or sellers expectations. She has built a team of real estate professionals who are dedicated to ensuring a smooth transaction for her clients. Her focus is on getting your house marketed and sold when listing, generating buyers and contract negotiations for buyers and sellers. Melissa lives with her husband and enjoys reading, traveling, pickleball, yoga and paddleboarding.

Arturo Ortiz

Agent

Arturo is passionate about creating an excellent client experience end to end. Arturo spent 20 years traveling the world in hospitality and circus arts. Most recently, Arturo worked in coordinating logistics at large event venues. His hospitality and event management background come together in real estate to assure that he spends time truly hearing and identifying the needs of the client first. This foundation enhances the process for a smooth experience during what is an exciting time. Arturo is also fluent in English, Spanish, French and can communicate in Portuguese, a by-product of his travel and ability to forge lasting relationships wherever he goes. An avid tennis player and golf enthusiast, Arturo moved to the Windermere/Winter Garden area in 2012 with his wife and is very knowledgeable with the local market.

Sydney comes from a rich background in hospitality and customer service. Originally from the midwest, Sydney moved to the Central Florida area in 2014 and fell in love with its vibrant and diverse sense of community. Residing in the Orlando area with her husband and two dogs, she brings a passionate love and great knowledge for the area and all it has to offer. Her hobbies include cooking, decorating for holidays, going to Orlando’s world-class theme parks and spending time with her family. With a strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a dedication to making your experience as smooth as possible, she always strives to exceed expectations and deliver exceptional results.

Danielle was born and raised in Wisconsin before her move to Georgia in 2003. She has a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She boasts over two decades of expertise in the design realm, spanning graphic design, web design and marketing. With over a decade of specialized experience in real estate, Danielle brings a wealth of knowledge garnered from working with home builders, brokers and agents.
